What is your returns policy?
• Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange. This is once your item has been scanned and delivered. Items must be in new, original condition with all vendor tags attached and must not be worn, used, altered, or washed. Returns postmarked after 21 days or that are not in original condition will not be accepted. Refunds will be to the original payment method, or, at your election, to online credit. If there is a national holiday that falls into your 21 days, this will extend your return deadline by that additional day/days. Christmas Eve and Christmas day would be considered a 2 day window.
